Refund policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once an eBook has been delivered and downloaded. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- You did not receive your download link — email us within 7 days and we'll resend it immediately, or issue a full refund if we cannot deliver.
- You received the wrong file — we'll send the correct file right away and issue a full refund if you prefer.
- The content was significantly different from what was described — contact us within 7 days of purchase with details and we'll review your case.
- A technical issue prevented you from accessing your download — we'll troubleshoot with you and refund if we can't resolve it.
- Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same title twice, we'll refund the duplicate charge in full.
To request a refund or replacement, email us at nonstopdealshead@outlook.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- The title(s) you're requesting a refund for
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Membership subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. If you are dissatisfied with your membership within 7 days of your initial signup or annual renewal, email us and we'll issue a full refund for that billing period.
Cancellations outside the 7-day window take effect at the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you retain access until the period ends. Partial period refunds are not issued outside the 7-day window.
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after successfully downloading the file
- You claim a refund after the 7-day window without a valid technical reason
- You have violated our Terms of Service (e.g. reselling or redistributing purchased files)
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase without prior contact about the issue
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that we reasonably believe are made in bad faith or abuse our policy.
