When does my discount activate?
Immediately after you complete your membership signup. Your 20% discount is applied automatically at checkout on every future order — you don't need to enter any code.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Email us at nonstopdealshead@outlook.com and we'll switch your plan and apply a prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing period.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full member access until the end of your current billing period. After that your account reverts to a standard customer account — you can still shop, you just won't have the member discount on future orders.
Is there a free trial?
We don't currently offer a free trial, but our 7-day satisfaction guarantee covers membership too. If you sign up and feel it's not right for you within 7 days, email us and we'll refund your first payment in full.
How do I cancel?
